Selecting Winning Concepts
This spreadsheet will assist you in the comparison of product concepts
in terms of the strategic impact on your business.
Assign an importance weighting to each factor in turn, using your
own desired weighting range.
Award each alternative concept a grade in a selected range (e.g.
1 (low) to 10 (high)) for each of the factors.
Substitute example numbers for weighting and scores and comparison
totals will be automatically calculated. Note that the spreadsheet
factors, may be changed for factors more relevant to your business
if required.
