Return your order with a cheque (UK only) or postal order (International) to Proxico's address as quoted on the order form. All orders will be despatched with receipt/invoice within 14 days of receipt. All overseas deliveries will be by Air Mail Recorded Delivery or equivalent.

Order Form Completion Instructions

To calculate the cost of a line item multiply quantity by unit price for the item (using quoted pricing details). To calculate the cost of postage and packaging sum the quantities and multiply by the unit post and packaging rate that applies to the region to which the product will be despatched. To calculate the total cost sum the line totals, not forgetting post and packaging charges.
