Information provided for the purposes of book purchasing or book
update registration shall be used for the following purposes only:
- Receiving and collecting payments for the purchase of the book.
- Delivering the contents of the book in CD Rom or printed form
to the postal or delivery address as quoted on order forms or
e-mail registrations.
- Communicating individual book section updates by e-mail during
any free registration period.
- At Proxico UK Limited discretion, communicating the end of a
free update registration period to registered users of such a
service.
- Communicating the release of New Editions of the book to individuals
requesting such service at the completion of their free update
registration period.
- Detecting possible infringements of Proxico UK Limited copyright.
Please note that Proxico UK Limited reserves the right to compare
original order information against update registration information
during the free update period. In the event that multiple registrations
for free updates take place, precedence shall be granted to the
original purchaser. Legal warnings may be communicated, or breach
of copyright proceedings instigated, if multiple, unauthorised,
update registrations are received relating to an individual physical
issue of this book. An individual physical issue of the book is
tracked through the serial number quoted within the start.htm
page that accompanies the CD version of the book. If your book
does not have this page or you suspect that it is possible that
it is an unauthorised copy version please communicate any such
occurrence to Proxico Security
as soon as you detect it.
Proxico UK Limited shall not divulge information provided to it
in respect of the purchase of this book to any third parties, except
those working under contract to it in the production of the book
and who have subscribed to the maintenance of Proxico UK Limited
Privacy Policy.
